Your new company

Our client is a growing main contractor based in Glasgow, specializing in award–winning projects across the Central Belt. Due to increased workload, they are seeking to appoint another Building Services Manager to their team.

Your new role

As a Building Services Manager, you will play a key role in delivering complex building projects from preconstruction to final handover. You will engage directly with the supply chain and project stakeholders from tender stage, ensuring the M&E elements are effectively managed. Working closely with the operational delivery team, you will coordinate and manage M&E aspects, anticipate issues, and resolve them proactively. The role involves both office and site work, offering a stimulating challenge to advance your career.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have a background in building services, either mechanical or electrical. Experience in consultancy, subcontracting, or main contracting environments is acceptable, provided you are comfortable communicating directly with stakeholders onsite. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of project commercial aspects are essential. Experience in education, commercial, or healthcare sectors is preferred.
