The Opportunity

We seek Mechanical Building Services Engineers at all levels to join our growing teams and contribute to a variety of exciting, technically challenging, and cutting-edge projects across sectors including Rail, Science & Industry, Education, Residential, Commercial, and Healthcare.

Whether early in your career or with years of experience, you will have the opportunity to shape sustainable, efficient, and innovative mechanical systems that support diverse environments' functionality and wellbeing. From feasibility studies and detailed design to project completion, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that make a real impact.

We are interested in hearing from Building Services Engineers at all seniority levels with experience in:

  • Multi-disciplinary projects across various sectors - Collaborate across engineering and architectural teams to design and integrate efficient, sustainable, and robust mechanical systems tailored to sector-specific demands.
  • Data Centres & Mission Critical Projects - Design and deliver resilient HVAC, ventilation, and environmental control systems ensuring operational continuity, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Decarbonisation Strategies - Develop strategies for new and existing assets, including life-cycle carbon and cost assessments, using analytical tools and economic models to optimize energy, carbon, and financial performance.
  • Coding / Digital - Use software development and automation tools to enhance design, simulation, and performance analysis of mechanical systems for smarter, efficient solutions in complex projects.

Are these roles right for you?

We want to hear from people who:

  • Have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or Architectural Engineering. You are either chartered, working towards chartership, or eager to work in a company that will support your chartership journey.
  • Have a background in mechanical building services design with knowledge and interest in sustainable building design concerning energy and carbon.
  • Are proficient in BIM environments, especially Revit, and have experience with dynamic thermal modelling (preferably IES).
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills (Senior / Principal levels) to lead complex projects, manage teams, provide technical oversight, and support business development and innovation.
  • Have commercial awareness and experience in resource planning and management to meet financial targets.
