The Opportunity

We seek Mechanical Building Services Engineers at all levels to join our growing teams and contribute to exciting, technically challenging projects across sectors like Rail, Science & Industry, Education, Residential, Commercial, and Healthcare.

Whether you're early in your career or experienced, you'll have the opportunity to design sustainable, efficient, and innovative mechanical systems supporting diverse environments. From feasibility studies to detailed design and project completion, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful engineering solutions.

We welcome Building Services Engineers at all seniority levels with experience in:

  • Multi-disciplinary projects across sectors - working across engineering and architectural teams to design efficient, sustainable, and robust mechanical systems tailored to sector demands
  • Data Centres & Mission Critical Projects - designing resilient HVAC, ventilation, and environmental control systems ensuring operational continuity, safety, and compliance
  • Decarbonisation Strategies - developing strategies for new and existing assets, including carbon and lifecycle cost assessments, using analytical tools to optimize energy, carbon, and financial performance
  • Coding / Digital - leveraging software development and automation to enhance design, simulation, and performance analysis of mechanical systems for smarter solutions

Are these roles right for you?

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have a degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or Architectural Engineering. You may be chartered, working towards chartership, or eager for a company to support your journey.
  • Have a background in mechanical building services design with knowledge of sustainable building design in energy and carbon.
  • Are proficient in BIM environments, especially Revit, and experienced with dynamic thermal modelling (preferably IES).
  • Demonstrate leadership skills (Senior/Principal level) to lead complex projects, manage teams, provide technical oversight, and support business development and innovation.
  • Have commercial awareness and experience in resource planning and financial management.
