The Opportunity

We seek Mechanical Building Services Engineers at all levels to join our growing teams and contribute to a variety of exciting, technically challenging projects across sectors including Rail, Science & Industry, Education, Residential, Commercial, and Healthcare.

Whether early in your career or experienced, you will have the opportunity to design sustainable, efficient, and innovative mechanical systems that support diverse environments. From feasibility studies to detailed design and project completion, you will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that make a real impact.

We are interested in hearing from Building Services Engineers at all seniority levels with experience in:

  • Multi-disciplinary projects across various sectors—collaborate across engineering and architectural teams to design and integrate efficient, sustainable, and robust mechanical systems tailored to sector demands.
  • Data Centres & Mission Critical Projects—design and deliver resilient HVAC, ventilation, and environmental control systems ensuring operational continuity, safety, and compliance.
  • Decarbonisation Strategies—develop strategies for new and existing assets, including life-cycle carbon and cost assessments, using analytical tools and economic models to optimize energy, carbon, and financial performance.
  • Coding / Digital—leverage software development and automation tools to enhance design, simulation, and performance analysis of mechanical systems for smarter, efficient solutions.

Are these roles right for you?

We want to hear from people who:

  • Have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or Architectural Engineering. You may be chartered, working towards chartership, or eager for a company to support your chartership journey.
  • Have a proven background in mechanical building services design with an interest in sustainable building design concerning energy and carbon.
  • Are proficient in BIM environments, especially Revit, and experienced with dynamic thermal modelling (preferably IES).
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills (Senior/Principal level) to lead complex projects, manage teams, provide technical oversight, and support business development and innovation.
  • Have commercial awareness and experience in resource planning to meet financial targets.
