Building Services Engineer

Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years in building services engineering

Job Description:

  • Maintain and service HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
  • Conduct inspections and assessments of building systems to ensure functionality and safety compliance.
  • Diagnose and repair faults reported by clients.
  • Implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineers and maintenance staff on complex issues.
  • Keep records of maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in building services engineering or related field.
  • Relevant engineering or building services qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and building automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Full UK driving license.
