Position Details

• Full-time
• Salary: Up to £55,000

Responsibilities

Based from home, working as a nationally mobile technical support specialist across the Yugo Managed Estate of approximately 100 properties across the UK, assisting the Building Services Manager with:

• Supporting the Building Services / FM Support Team and stakeholders in planning, scheduling, delivering, recording, and reporting maintenance, emergency, and project works.
• Acceptance into Service activities including design review, H&S file review, testing, witnessing, and defect identification.
• Investigating technical issues within the estate and providing detailed reports referencing relevant standards and regulations.
• Tracking and reporting building defects, proposing solutions, and managing remedial works and budgets.
• Conducting desktop H&S file reviews, data analysis, and site asset surveys to establish asset conditions and schedules.
• Providing technical support across building services including fabric, mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Generating project scopes, specifications, and managing quotations and tenders.
• Estimating costs for lifecycle replacements and supporting estate maintenance planning.
• Managing subcontractors ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Performing other duties as required within the capability of the role.

Qualifications

• Technical or Building Services degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in a Building Services Engineer role within a large multi-client estate.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, H&S legislation, and industry standards.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary Range

GBP £50,000 - £55,000 per year
