You will be delivering exceptional technical and commercial solutions to a range of clients across the private and public sectors, including education, custodial, defence, healthcare, leisure, data, and commercial sectors.

Core Responsibilities
  • Delivering portfolios of work across both private and public sectors, managing various contracts.
  • Preparing designs, feasibility studies, technical reports, and contract documents.
  • Carrying out building analysis and providing system design calculations.
  • Liaising directly with clients and contractors.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements, practices, and procedures.
About You

Our ideal candidate should have:

  • HND/Degree in Building Services Engineering (Mechanical) or a related discipline, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng), or working towards this status.
  • Significant experience in mechanical building services/HVAC design, including domestic water services, ventilation, heating, and cooling.
  • Strong knowledge of IES, Hevacomp, AutoCAD; Revit MEP experience is desirable.
  • Understanding of UK Building Regulations, Low/Zero Carbon Technologies, and BREEAM.
  • Understanding of construction industry design processes and procurement.
  • Proven design skills across sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and self-motivated approach.
  • Business development experience and ability to build strong client relationships.
