Salary: GBP42,000–GBP45,000 per annum + call out 1 in 4 weeks (GBP1,400 call out allowance) OTE GBP47,000–GBP50,000
Hours: Monday Friday, 08 00 Flexible hours available

The Client:
Interaction Recruitment is working with a global innovator in industrial inkjet technology to recruit a Building Services Engineer for their Facilities team. This is a hands–on, varied role supporting both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of critical building systems. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative, safety–focused environment, contributing to the smooth operation of a high–tech manufacturing facility.

The Duties:
• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on systems including LEV, nitrogen, compressed air, DI water, vacuum, and HVAC
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on plant and equipment efficiently
• Manage contractors for installation and maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety procedures and site standards
• Support the out–of–hours call–out system when required
The Requirements:
• Proven experience in building services, facilities, or engineering within a manufacturing or technical environment
• Competent in working independently on electrical and/or mechanical systems, including fault–finding and installations
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures, including RAMS
• Minimum level electrical qualification (ideally multiskilled)
• Computer literate with strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage time effectively, adapt to changing demands, and maintain productive relationships acrossm departments
