Building Services Engineer, Warrington, Cheshire
Join a growing building services consultancy with a strong pipeline of projects across healthcare, commercial offices, and defence infrastructure. The company has recently launched an electrical design division and offers an exciting opportunity to work on technically varied and meaningful projects, supporting your long-term career growth.
As a Building Services Engineer, you will focus on the electrical design of essential systems, including lighting, alarms, telecoms, and access control. You will support the design and delivery of complex infrastructure for environments such as hospitals, administrative buildings, and army barracks. Working alongside senior engineers, you will help develop high-spec designs that meet technical and compliance standards. The role is hands-on, varied, and ideal for someone seeking autonomy and growth within a dynamic team.
Applicants should hold at least an HND in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline and have 2–3 years of experience in electrical building services design. Experience with design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Trimble is required. Familiarity with MOD or defence projects is a plus but not essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a desire to develop within a close-knit, ambitious team.

This role offers exposure to diverse projects and an excellent opportunity to advance your career in building services engineering while contributing to critical infrastructure projects across the UK.
