  • Carry out tasks including painting, plastering, joinery, minor masonry, glazing, sealing, and general cosmetic and structural fixes.
  • Use hand and power tools efficiently to complete repairs and upgrades in line with health and safety standards.
  • Plumbing & General Building Services
  • Undertake plumbing repairs and installations, including pipework, fittings, sanitary ware, and leak investigations.
  • Support minor mechanical and electrical tasks where required.
  • Receive and complete PPM and reactive tasks from internal systems (e.g., Infraspeak), ensuring proper materials and equipment are used.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards, especially when working around specialist or sensitive environments.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Liaise effectively with the site team, contractors, and clients to coordinate works, resolve issues, and plan tasks.
  • Report progress or concerns to supervisors.
  • Operational Support
  • Ensure the safe use and care of all tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Perform general site maintenance tasks and uphold the cleanliness, safety, and order of the working environment.

    Qualifications & Experience
