Overview

Position: Building Services Engineer

Location: Covering 6 sites in London

Duration: Permanent

Salary: Up to GBP45,000 with company van etc

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a Mobile Position in London. This position will be covering 6 very high end sites in London.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-skilled building services engineering cover across multiple sites in London style to maintain high-end facilities.
• Manage compliance tasks (fire alarms, sprinklers, water systems, etc.) and coordinate with relevant authorities as required.
• Carry out HVAC maintenance, plant room maintenance, electrical maintenance and other general maintenance duties.
• Work in a mobile capacity and adapt to varying site requirements; support may include foot mobile work if applicable.

Requirements

• Strong background as a commercial building services engineer.
• Level 2 Mechanical or Electrical building services qualification (mechanical or electrical).
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
• Willing to cover sites in London and work in a high-end client environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Experience in dealing with high-end clients.
