Overview

Job Title: Mobile Building Services Engineer

Location: London & Home Counties (predominantly London). Office located in Horley, Surrey – proximity is beneficial but not essential.

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Mobile Building Services Engineer to join our team. The role will involve carrying out maintenance, repair, and general building services works across commercial properties in London and the surrounding Home Counties.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Building Services Engineer role.
  • Strong mechanical background preferred; however, applications from electrically biased engineers with good mechanical knowledge will be considered.
  • F-Gas certification desirable but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial buildings.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service while working across client sites.
  • Manage van stock and tools effectively.
