A leading healthcare charity is seeking a Building Services Engineer to maintain facilities at their Bristol Clifton FWC. This role involves managing compliance, operating a preventative maintenance program, and leading a team. As a Building Services Engineer at our Bristol Clifton FWC, you’ll hold an electrical qualification (to 17th edition or equivalent) and have a good knowledge of Building Management Systems. You also have experience of emergency lighting testing, PAT, water hygiene, and other compliance areas in a large industrial unit.
