Job description

Commercial Plumber / Building Services Engineer required for our client, a specialist Mechanical and Electrical service, maintenance and installation provider, who operate throughout the Dorset and Hampshire areas. They are currently looking to expand their team with the addition of a Multi-Skilled Commercial Plumber to cover a range of Commercial Sites. Sites would include care homes, retirement homes, schools and facilities for vulnerable adults / children, so the successful candidate would need to be able to pass an enhanced DBS.

The Commercial Plumber, will be carrying out maintenance and repair works, on a range of domestic plumbing systems in commercial buildings as well as plant-room maintenance and basic electrical works. The Multi-Skilled Plumber must hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, in plumbing and heating, as well as their 18 th edition electrical qualifications. The area of work, would generally be around the Dorset and Hampshire areas, from Poole, to Portsmouth and occasionally along the M3 as far as Aldershot.
