Position: Building Services Engineer

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £38,000 to £40,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer with an electrical bias for a full-time, permanent position on a static site in Banbury.

This engineer will be working in a small team, dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance throughout this commercial site.

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in commercial building services maintenance. We require them to be electrical bias holding at least their 18th Edition; City and Guilds level 3 would be an advantage.

This is a static site; a company vehicle will not be provided.

Requirements

1. Strong working background in commercial building services maintenance
2. Based in a short commute to Banbury
3. Electrical level 3 qualification would be a bonus
4. Must have 18th Edition
5. 2391 would be desirable but not essential
6. Happy working in a small team
7. Experience and knowledge of older buildings will be an advantage
8. Good customer service skills

Package

1. Excellent basic salary
2. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
3. Health care package
4. Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm
5. No on call
6. Death in service
