Focus:

Cost planning and budgeting for projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Calculating project costs, including labour, materials, and equipment.
2. Preparing cost estimates and budgets.
3. Analysis of project data and market trends.
4. Collaborating with design team and contract managers.
5. Monitoring project costs and making adjustments as needed.
