Are you an Electrical Design Engineer with a background in Building Services looking for a hybrid role where you can advance your career with an innovative consultancy that offers a progression path to Directorship and development training along the way?

In this role, you will lead electrical designs for multiple projects, oversee junior engineers' technical work, carry out load assessments, and assist the project director in evaluating team performance, setting objectives, and implementing solutions to improve project efficiency.

This position is suitable for an Electrical Design Engineer with a Building Services background aiming to progress into a Principal role within a reputable and innovative company known for high-level projects.

The Role:

• Lead electrical design projects
• Oversee junior engineers' technical work
• Conduct load assessments
• Collaborate with the Project Director on team performance
• Hybrid working: Monday to Thursday, 8am - 6pm, every other Friday off
