Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Building Services Account Director to oversee M&E / Facilities Management accounts. The role involves managing a team of approximately 25 staff within a high-profile commercial building in Glasgow. Responsibilities include delivering a 5-star service, managing M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability initiatives, soft services, and liaising with on-site clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in commercial environments, with strong leadership and client management skills. Qualifications such as ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, or MIBFM are desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

• Man-management of a 25-strong team
• Budget management with a circa £2.5 million P&L
• Delivering planned and reactive M&E maintenance
