Building Service Engineer / Multi Skilled Engineer – Based in Bristol

Job Overview

Join a leading specialist in the Facility Management sector, working primarily in Bristol and the South West. This role involves carrying out PPM, reactive, and installation work on commercial sites, mainly offices.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on commercial sites.
• Carry out installation work as required.
• Work independently or in pairs with minimal supervision.
• Participate in an on-call rota after probation.
• Manage your workload to maintain a healthy work/life balance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience on commercial sites with PPM, reactive, and installation tasks.
• Qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical (plumbing), or HVAC.
• Full driving license, with ability to travel within the area.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience on an on-call rota.

Additional Information

Specific training will be provided across all disciplines. The position offers a 1 in 9 rota post-probation and the flexibility to manage your workload effectively.
