Job summary

Mobile Broadband Network Limited is seeking a Senior Design Manager, Regulation, Audit & Governance to drive building safety, fire safety, and regulatory compliance across the network estate. You will interpret and embed requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop practical governance frameworks.

The role reports to the Architect & Senior Manager – Regulation, Audit & Governance and is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days in the Central Reading office.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building regulations and CDM Principal Designer roles and responsibilities.
• Ability to understand and apply complex legislation, standards, and guidance.
• Experience authoring regulatory or governance documents to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Interpret Building Safety Act 2022 and related regulations for infrastructure projects.
• Assess how building safety and regulatory requirements apply to rooftop and complex sites.
• Develop and maintain guidance, policies, standards, and governance documentation.
• Ensure documentation is practical, auditable and regulator ready.
