About the Repairs and Investment Service:
Within the Housing and Safer Communities Directorate, our Repairs and Investment Service plays a key role in delivering responsive repairs, capital works, and comprehensive safety and compliance services to over 25,000 council tenants and leaseholders. We handle approximately 80,000 repairs annually, and this year will deliver capital programmes worth approximately £30m, working with a range of contractors.
