We are looking for 3 enthusiastic and knowledgeable Building Safety Managers to join our team at Bristol City Council. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the council's statutory duties and ensure the safety of occupants in high-rise multi-occupied residential buildings.
The Role:
As a Building Safety Manager, you will play an integral part in ensuring Bristol City Council remains compliant with building safety regulations. Working alongside the Senior Building Safety Manager you will complete the building safety cases and reports, ensure the Golden Thread of data for each high rise building, support resident engagement and creation of resident engagement strategies, collaborate with the Building Safety Regulator, and provide expert advice to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in all property compliance workstreams, ideally within social housing, and suitable qualifications. You'll need strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and experience liaising with residents.
