A local council is seeking a Property Compliance and Building Safety/Risk Manager to oversee the compliance of its portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring all statutory requirements are met and manage various aspects of the building's safety. This role requires hands-on auditing and effective management of suppliers and contractors, making it essential for the successful operation of council buildings.
As the Property Compliance and building safety/risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Council's corporate property portfolio by delivering a comprehensive Technical Services function. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all statutory compliance requirements are met across the estate, and buildings free from risk while also driving an efficient compliance framework for best practice operations of the Council's buildings.
