Job description

We are proud to support a long-standing client, a forward-thinking housing provider known for prioritizing resident safety and wellbeing, in their search for an experienced Building Safety Manager.

This pivotal role within their growing Operational Building Safety Team offers the opportunity to lead compliance efforts with the Building Safety Act across a defined property portfolio.

You will work closely with senior leadership, manage a small technical team, and lead initiatives such as Building Safety Case Reports, fire safety, and structural reviews.

We have successfully placed several professionals in their Health & Safety and Fire Safety functions, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting a team environment where staff feel valued, supported, and enjoy a healthy work-life balance and collaborative culture.

What We're Looking For:
  • A strong background in operational building safety
  • Knowledge of fire systems, M&E, and specialist safety installations
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, including residents
  • Level 4 qualification (or working towards) in Building Safety
  • Full UK driving license and daily access to a vehicle
