Responsibilities

• Prepare Safety Case Reports and liaise with the Building Safety Regulator.

Reporting to: Head of Block Management Compliance

Responsibilities:

• Lead Safety Compliance: Implement and manage safety protocols per the Building Safety Act 2022.
• Oversee Critical Safety Systems: Manage inspections, maintenance, and certification of fire safety and structural systems.
• Deliver Remediation Projects: Coordinate façade remediation projects from start to finish.
• Maintain Safety Records: Keep accurate records and incident logs for risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Support Regulatory Engagement: Prepare Safety Case Reports, maintain the "golden thread" of building information, and liaise with the Building Safety Regulator.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a regulated building safety management role or similar. Outstanding communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service are essential.
