Responsibilities

• Prepare Building Assessment Certificate applications.
• Maintain Safety Case Reports and Resident Engagement Strategies.
• Manage Mandatory Occurrence Reporting processes.
• Conduct building inspections and review risk assessments.
• Identify and mitigate safety risks and ensure the Golden Thread of building information is maintained.
• Liaise with the Building Safety Regulator and support procurement and improvement projects.
• Deliver building safety training and provide specialist advice on building safety, fire safety, and regulatory compliance.
