Building Safety Engagement Manager
This is a national role, hybrid working 2 days office-based anywhere in the UK per week with occasional travel.
Permanent, full-time (37.5 hpw)
Earn circa £50,000 pa, negotiable based on skills and experience, plus benefits including health cash plan!

You'll be part of our Building Safety Team, engaging directly with our customers—listening to their concerns, sharing updates, and ensuring they feel informed, included, and safe in their homes.
This is a new role with the freedom to shape how things are done. You’ll manage your own schedule, visit neighborhoods, and coordinate between technical teams and customers. Your role will involve translating complex safety information into simple conversations, helping everyone understand what’s happening and why it matters. You’ll be vital in ensuring safety and reassurance for our residents.
