Job summary

Laing O'Rourouke is seeking a Building Safety Coordinator to join the growing Building Safety team. The role offers flexible locations (Dartford, Sale, St Neots or Nottinghamshire) with travel to project sites as required.

You will support across a range of duties to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality buildings. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, maintain key records and contribute to continuous improvement in Building Safety processes.

Qualifications

Excellent MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Experience coordinating activities, projects, documentation or business processes.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
Flexible approach and enthusiasm for tackling a broad range of tasks.
Unique skills and perspective the candidate can bring to the team.

Responsibilities

You might be coordinating meetings and workshops creating presentations for senior leaders.
Maintaining key compliance records and trackers.
