AtkinsRéalis is seeking collaborative Building Safety Consultants to support clients across the UK on Building Regulations compliance and Principal Designer duties. You will review designs, perform audits, and help develop practical solutions in line with legislation and best practice.

Qualifications

• Strong background interpreting Building Regulations and related legislation.
• Excellent ability to communicate with stakeholders and clients.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients and in-house teams on Building Regulations and Building Safety Act requirements.
• Delivering Building Regulations Principal Designer functions for clients.
• Reviewing design and providing practical compliance solutions; conducting audits and plan appraisals.
