Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group is seeking a Building Safety Team Administrator to join the Property Compliance team. This hybrid/home-based role involves occasional travel and a fixed-term 18-month contract at 30 hours per week.

The role provides admin support, maintains compliance records, and collaborates with surveyors, contractors and residents to sustain critical safety records and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles, ideally within property, housing, compliance or a related environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Building Safety Team, ensuring compliance service standards are met or exceeded.
• Manage and maintain accurate records across systems including SharePoint and compliance platforms.
• Monitor and process compliance documentation and information.
• Support the management of building safety information such as the Golden Thread.
• Assist with NEC4 contract administration and FRA administration.
