Zusammenfassung

The Annoying Recruiter is seeking an experienced Architect/Technologist or Architectural Assistant to support Building Safety Act 2022 duties on HRB projects. You will advise on regulatory compliance and help develop compliant designs.

Flexibility is offered with hybrid working (minimum 3 days work-from-home), plus 30 days holidays and the ability to adjust start times. You will be embedded in a team focused on site visits and CPD growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as an Architect/Technologist or Architectural Assistant.
• Good knowledge of building regulations and where to look.
• Involvement in BR PD activities is desirable.
• Experience with Design teams and regulatory approvals.

Aufgaben

• Act as and/or Assist the Duty Holder / Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act 2022.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Building Regulations on HRBs projects.
• Advise End User Clients on responsibilities for BSA compliance.
• Help manage design elements to meet regulatory requirements.
• Submit design documentation for regulatory approval with BSR, Building Control and Fire Authorities.
