Savills in London is offering a Building Surveying Sandwich Placement starting September 2027 with exposure equivalent to a graduate across Building & Project Consultancy disciplines. You will engage in technical due diligence, surveys, dilapidations, project management and report preparation, with a structured rotation path and client meetings.

The role supports a one-year contract, with a base London salary of £29,000 and benefits including a company device and 25 days’ leave.

• Willingness to commit to a sandwich placement starting September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure across Building Surveying and Project Management disciplines.
• Undertake surveys, dilapidations inspections and client meetings.
• Assist report preparation and the design and specification of tender documents.
