Qualifications

  • Experience with dynamic simulation modelling and compliance assessments essential.
  • Familiarity with IES-VE and PHPP preferred.
  • Ability to produce detailed technical reports.

  • Produce energy statements and overheating assessment reports.

* Undertake dynamic simulation modelling using IES-VE, including Part L compliance assessments, overheating assessments, and operational energy assessments

* Undertake domestic Part L compliance assessments (SAP)

* Undertake assessments using the Passivhaus Planning Package (PHPP)

* Produce technical reports, including energy statements and overheating assessment reports

* Support the wider team with produced technical reports, including sustainability statements, circular economy statements and whole-life carbon assessment reports
