Responsibility:

* Use IES-VE for dynamic simulation modelling (Part L, overheating, operational energy assessments)

* Conduct SAP assessments for domestic Part L compliance

* Work with PHPP on Passivhaus design

* Deliver clear, technical energy reports and overheating assessments

* Support sustainability team with reports including:

* Energy statements

* Circular economy assessments

* Whole-life carbon reporting
