Engineering, Risk & Compliance
  • Develop practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services, including HVAC, electrical, water and control systems.
  • Participate in engineering and site audits, identifying gaps between documented compliance and actual site conditions.
  • Support statutory compliance and review key risk documentation, including Water and Fire Risk Assessments, RAMS and COSHH.

Skills & Experience:
  • Degree, HNC or HND in Building Services Engineering or a related discipline, or a relevant engineering apprenticeship.
  • Up to three years' experience within engineering, facilities management or another technical environment, with internships and placements considered.
