My client, a notable Managing Agent, is looking for a Building Manager to oversee operations of a site in excess of 90,000 sq ft. Key requirements include being 'customer focused' and delivering on ESG, NET Zero, and SMART building initiatives.

You should have previous experience managing a site of similar scale, with exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets, as well as overseeing health and safety on site; IOSH or NEBOSH certification is essential.
