Overview

My client, a notable Managing Agent, is looking for a Building Manager to oversee operations of a site in excess of 90,000 sq ft. Key that you are customer focused and also deliver on ESG, NET Zero and SMART buildings.

You will have previous experience in looking after a site of a similar scale, as well as exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets, and overseeing health and safety on site; therefore an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is also essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage service partners on site and engage with end users (tenants) on a daily basis.
• Maintain clear lines of communication, whether written or verbal, to operate this flagship site.
• Deliver a high level of service focused on the tenant experience and partner with service partners to create a one team ethos; be customer centric.
• There is opportunity to get involved in other developments should the opportunity present itself.
