Job description

My client, a notable Managing Agent, is looking for a Building Manager to oversee operations of a site in excess of 70,000 sq ft. Key qualities include being "customer focused" and delivering on ESG, NET Zero, and SMART buildings. You will also be responsible for supporting a team of FM's on a remote basis 50% of the time.

You should have previous experience managing a site of similar scale, with exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets, as well as overseeing health and safety on site; an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is essential.

In addition to managing on-site service partners, you will engage with end users (tenants) daily. Clear communication, whether written or verbal, is imperative to operate this flagship site effectively.

The service delivery focus is on enhancing the tenant experience and partnering with service providers to foster a 'one team ethos'. Being "customer centric" is vital. There are opportunities to be involved in other developments, and the organization invests in employee career development.
