Overview

My client, a notable Managing Agent, is looking for a Building Manager to oversee operations of a site in excess of 70,000 sq ft. It is essential that you are customer focused and able to deliver on ESG, NET Zero and SMART buildings.

You will have previous experience in managing a site of a similar scale, with exposure to setting and managing service charge budgets and overseeing health and safety on site. IOSH or NEBOSH certification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site service partners and engage with end users (tenants) on a daily basis, ensuring clear written and verbal communications to operate the flagship site.
• Deliver a high level of service focused on the tenant experience and work with service partners to create a one team ethos, maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Work with the team on potential involvement in other developments as opportunities arise; contribute to ESG, NET Zero and SMART building initiatives where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience looking after a site of a similar scale (70,000+ sq ft).
• Experience setting and managing service charge budgets and overseeing health and safety on site.
• IOSH or NEBOSH certification is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with tenants and service partners.
