Role Overview

Oversee the delivery of hard and soft services at two properties in Hammersmith, aligning with the Client's vision and Bellrock’s policies. Manage contractors, coordinate FM service delivery, and oversee systems like Concerto, including contract variations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between the Client, Contractors, and Bellrock, ensuring effective communication.
• Manage Asset Sustainability and Operational Plans, updating actions in the Deepki system.
• Utilize bespoke software solutions to improve comfort, energy efficiency, and maintenance costs.
• Engage with building occupiers and visitors via QR code surveys and Vizta platform.
• Attend client meetings related to projects, safety, and service reviews.
• Manage reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring compliance with contracts and accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate with contractors, perform inspections, and maintain quality standards.
• Support projects and fit-outs as needed.
• Assist in budget preparation and produce monthly reports.
• Conduct site audits, record findings, and follow up on actions.
• Maintain safety records, support environmental obligations, and ensure health and safety regulations are observed.

Candidate Requirements

• Positive attitude and integrity in service delivery.
• Experience with FM contracts, technical problem-solving, and managing fit-outs.
• Knowledge of technology systems and client relationship management.
• Health and Safety qualification.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability.

Additional Information

Location: London, W6 8PW, Monday to Friday. Flexible, hybrid working arrangements available.
