Job summary

Time Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a respected organisation for a Support Building Manager in the Northwest region. The role is site-based across a portfolio of buildings, providing operational support to full-time Building Managers.

Salary is £35,895 per annum, with standard Monday–Friday hours 8:00am–6:00pm. You will operate the reception, coordinate with clients and users, monitor cleaning standards, and support maintenance and presentation across sites.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in customer care or hospitality environments.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate the reception area, creating a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
• Liaise daily with clients and building users; manage meeting room bookings where applicable.
• Monitor cleaning standards and inspect toilets and showers daily; maintain daily building check sheets and logs.
• Coordinate with the Facilities Manager on minor maintenance and presentation issues.
• Ensure the exterior and interior presentation of the building is to a high standard; operate amenities including coffee/vending machines and on-site facilities.
• Take responsibility for end-of-day close-down procedures to ensure readiness for the next trading day; provide high-level customer service.
• Communicate regularly with on-site senior management.

Time Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of a respected organisation to recruit an enthusiastic and adaptable Support Building Manager. This is a dynamic, site-based role covering a portfolio of buildings across the Northwest, providing operational support to full-time Building Managers.

• Operate the reception area, creating a welcoming environment for staff and visitors
• Liaise daily with clients and building users - Manage meeting room bookings where applicable
• Monitor cleaning standards and inspect toilets and showers daily - Maintain daily building check sheets and logs
• Coordinate with the Facilities Manager on minor maintenance and presentation issues
• Ensure the exterior and interior presentation of the building is to a high standard - Support and operate building amenities including coffee/vending machines and any on-site exercise facilities (if applicable)
• Take responsibility for end-of-day close-down procedures to ensure readiness for the next trading day - Provide consistent, high-level customer service
• Communicate regularly with on-site senior management
