About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated BMS (Building Management System) Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a BMS Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Building Management Systems across a variety of commercial and industrial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge systems that contribute to smart, energy-efficient buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, program, and configure BMS systems (e.g., Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.)
2. Lead commissioning and testing of BMS installations on-site.
3. Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of existing systems.
4. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects to a high standard.
5. Ensure systems are compliant with relevant standards and health & safety regulations.
6. Provide technical support and training where required.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a BMS Engineer or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control logic.
3. Hands-on experience with one or more BMS platforms (e.g., Tridium Niagara, Trend, Siemens Desigo).
4. Ability to read and interpret control schematics and technical drawings.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Relevant electrical or mechanical qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree preferred).
7. CSCS/ECS Card and relevant site certifications desirable.
