The Building Management Officer (Energy) will be responsible for providing a high-quality Building Energy Management System (BEMS) service, including daily operations, support, and development of client systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing heating issues, evaluating energy-saving initiatives, investigating high energy consumption, promoting the Energy Management Team's services, and ensuring compliance with legislation and standards.

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving license
• HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with Trend and other BEMS manufacturers
• Knowledge of System Link software
• Ability to work independently and in teams under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working with schools is preferred
