Job DescriptionOur established and experienced Estates Team hold the key to ensuring our guests have an extraordinary stay and are an integral part of the Gilpin Hotel & Lake House. You will never be bored with the diverse and varied number of tasks undertaken. We have 36 individually styled bedrooms, 21 acres of grounds, gardens and waterways to maintain and hot tubs a plenty, so if you have a keen eye for perfection, are happy to turn your hand to anything, then our site is a never-ending centre of activity.
A Building Maintenance Technician
Salary: from £29,250
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £240 to £550 per month.
Hours: 45 per week.
