Building Maintenance Technician
£35,000 to £40,000 + Progression to Manager + Benefits
Stratford / Canary Wharf (Commutable from: London, Tottenham, Dartford, Romford, Greater London)

Are you a Facilities / Building Maintenance Technician, with experience working in hospitality sites or boats, looking to join a leading business, where you will enjoy a varied role with direct progression to maintenance manager?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company, where you will be recognised as an onsite maintenance expert across two sites and be able to progress your career.

The company are a leading hospitality business, operating out of east London. You'll be joining at an excellent time as they look to expand their building maintenance team.

In this role you will primarily be responsible for maintaining the building fabric and upkeep of two hospitality sites. This will involve building inspections, PPM schedules and liaising with contractors. An understanding of health and safety would be beneficial.

The Role:

• Building Maintenance Technician
• Maintenance of building fabric and site
• PPMs and site inspections
• Monday to Friday, 40hrs (Occasional weekend work)

The Person:

• Facilities / building maintenance background
• Ideally worked in a hospitality background
• Looking to work for a great company
