Building Maintenance Engineer Opportunity - Join a Thriving In-House Team

This company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their established in-house team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cost-effective, smooth running, environmentally sound, and sustainable design and maintenance of the company's engineering services.

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of building services, working on a wide variety of modern plant, equipment, and systems controlled by Siemens BMS. Key duties will include reactive and planned maintenance across all building services, participation in an out-of-hours call-out procedure, and interaction with building users at all levels as well as third-party service providers.

To be successful in this Maintenance Engineer role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- C&G Electrical Installation Level 3 Apprenticeship or equivalent
- Ideally, knowledge and experience of working within a large office environment
- 18th Edition IEE Regulations
- Electrical Testing and Inspection (desirable)
- Knowledge of L8 and BMS and Lighting Control Systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Knowledge of Health and Safety standards and legislation
- Proficiency in all office building services, including HVAC, drainage, and more
- Technical drawing, computer modelling, and IT competence
- HV AP Authorised (desirable)
