Salary:£40,600 – £43,700 (depending on experience) + 6% performance bonus

Job summary:
As a Building Inspector, you will be a key member of our inspection service team, collaborating with registered builders to ensure homes meet NHBC Standards and Building Regulations, while providing expert guidance.

What you’ll be doing
Working from home and visiting construction sites daily, you will ensure that new homes meet NHBC Standards, Building Regulations, and relevant legislation. You will develop strong relationships with site managers to identify and prevent construction defects, helping manage insurance risk and ensuring quality homes for buyers.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided. You’ll manage your own schedule, with flexible start times, and weekends off to promote work/life balance.
