The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Building Inspector to join our Building Control Team registered with the Building Safety Regulator between Class 2 A (pay level 8) up to Class to 2 F (pay level 10).
In this role, you will manage a caseload of construction projects commensurate to your BSR registration.
Key Responsibilities:
Valid driving licence and own transport, or be able to provide alternative, suitable method of travel is an essential condition for this role.

It will be your job to undertake the assessment of building regulation applications as part of a team, to ensure works on site comply with prescribed technical standards and approved details. This career grade post is an excellent opportunity for both recently qualified and more experienced building control inspectors alike, who can demonstrate their competency to work unsupervised on domestic projects from the first day of employment. The starting salary will be dependent on your level of registration with the BSR ( £37,938 to £41,511pa - BSR Registration Class 2A to 2D).
