Build Control/Safety - Senior Technical Advisor

Hybrid working - London (can be flexible and other locations will be considered) and client sites

£72,500 - £82,500 PA + (Pension Plan, Hybrid Working, 12 weeks international working abroad, Wellbeing Support, L&D Program, Professional Membership Fees, 27 days leave + bank holidays, Enhanced Paternity, Career Progression)

Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and expertise on building regulations compliance, plan checking, and site inspections
  • Support their BRPD (Building Regulations Principal Designer) services, leveraging your deep understanding of building control
  • Contribute to their Building Safety Act advisory work, helping clients navigate the new regulatory landscape
  • Collaborate with their fire engineering and architecture teams to deliver comprehensive technical services
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Class 4 Registered Building Inspector, with a proven track record of site inspections
  • Extensive knowledge of building regulations, fire strategies, and plan checking
  • The ability to translate technical requirements into practical, client-focused solutions
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a commitment to "doing the right thing"
