Job description

Overview

Building Control opportunity within an Approved Inspector based in Essex. We are currently working with an Approved Inspector who are looking to recruit a Building Control Surveyor / Senior Building Control Surveyor to join the group and support on sites in the Essex area. You will not be required to cover sites outside of Essex.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of projects, with the vast majority being residential.
• Provide knowledge and experience of working on residential and commercial projects.
• Provide a client-led service and maintain proactive engagement with current clients while also forward thinking in gaining new clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• In the process of getting registered at a class 2 and above.

Working Conditions / Environment

Flexible working with the option to work from home full time.

Salary / Package

The Salary can range from £50,000 - £68,000 depending on the Surveyor's level, and there is a competitive package on top of this Salary, which includes: car allowance, pension scheme, bonus scheme and more.
